Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ExameNurse, operated by Solvren Tech ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using examenurse.com or app.examenurse.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years of age to use ExameNurse. By registering, you represent that you are at least 15 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content from ExameNurse without written permission.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or download content from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI question generation system or any platform feature.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Use the platform to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to bypass subscription gates, payment systems, or access controls.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on ExameNurse — including AI-generated MCQs, question banks, explanations, mock tests, PDF papers, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Solvren Tech or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the content for your personal, non-commercial nursing exam preparation only.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are displayed at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card or UPI details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice. Existing active subscriptions are not affected mid-term.

6. Free Tier

ExameNurse offers a free tier with access to a limited number of MCQs and mock tests. Free-tier access may be modified or withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

7. Accuracy of Content

ExameNurse uses AI to generate nursing exam content aligned to INC and state board syllabi. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, or explanations are free from errors. The content is intended as a study aid only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for official study materials, medical advice, or clinical guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExameNurse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Solvren Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or exam results, arising from your use of ExameNurse, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use ExameNurse ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting our support team first.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
